For each holiday (CNY, Golden Week, Eid) this shows the last order date that lets fabric / garments finish before the holiday starts, what you lose if that date is missed, and the first clean date after. It replays your real T&A calculation (simulation, not AI/ML) with your current lead times, fabric origin and holiday calendar.

A sourcing profile stores the 5 lead times + Fabric Origin under a name, filed by product group (e.g. Denim bottoms, Woven tops). Set the numbers on the Lead times tab, then save them here. Loading a profile swaps the active lead times; holidays and seasons stay as they are. Profiles live in your own browser — each colleague builds their own.
Export / share profiles
Excel is a readable record. To pass profiles to a colleague, send them the JSON — Import adds them to their list without touching their holidays or settings.

Generator fills the 25th of each month for the given year.
Archives snapshot the full configuration — lead times, holidays and seasonal dates together — useful for switching between planning years.
Cloud sync
Pick a sync key and this device's lead times, holidays, seasons, presets and archives follow it to any browser — enter the same key there to pull them in. One key = one shared config; saving overwrites it, so use your own key for your own devices, or a shared key only if your team is fine sharing one setup.
File backup
Works with or without cloud sync — keep a copy in your own Drive/folder as well. Excel is a readable copy (profiles, holidays, seasons, settings); JSON is the one you can import back to restore everything.
How this works
Fabric Origin decides which regional calendar (CN or BD) governs fabric production days.
Production phases skip holidays so factories always keep their full working-day allotment.
Garments ETD always snaps to a Sunday sailing day, and steps 7 days clear of any Eid.
Fabric In-house avoids Friday, Saturday and BD holidays.
